as cute as a baby komodo dragon, or two
I have a love/hate relationship with zoos, for all the reasons you probably do, too. But we took one day of spring break to go to San Antonio. I was a little disappointed in their education efforts; many of the exhibits had very little information about the animals. I did learn, however, that adult komodos will eat baby komodos so they had these 6 month olds in their own exhibit.

i don't get species that do that. what was god thinking? did s/he get distracted for a second or something?
I think the top one is just trying to be alpha. They weren't doing anything dirty. We did see that with other animals at the zoo, though.
